Our portable oxygen concentrator uses molecular sieve technology. It is a physical separation process and there are no chemical reactions occur during this process, so there are no harmful effects on the human body. How should I maintain the oxygen concentrator?
- Keep the outside clean: Use a gentle cloth to wipe down the machine regularly.
- Nasal cannula tips: Don't forget to clean the nasal cannula everyday. If you use the machine every day, change the nasal canula every 2 months. If you only use it now and then, replace it every 3–6 months.
- Filter maintenance: The filter traps dust, dirt, and pollen, so it’s important! Take it out and clean it once a month. This helps the machine last longer and work better.
Can I bring an oxygen generator on the plane？
Our model SJ-OX1C is portable to bring on the plane. But please consult the airline for specific information and confirmation.
